Where are your products made and shipped from?

All Moonlit Haven items are created and shipped from our U.S.-based print and production partners. This allows us to offer quick domestic shipping within the United States and ensures every piece meets our quality standards.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Moonlit Haven ships only within the United States. All fulfilment and delivery are handled through our U.S.-based partners to ensure faster, reliable services.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days (U.S. only). Please note that holidays, weather, or carrier delays can sometimes affect delivery times - but we'll always do our best to keep you updated.

What is your return or refund policy?

Each product is made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Who do I contact for help with my order?

You can reach us anytime at contact@moonlithaven.online or on our Instagram page just search Moonlit Haven. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assist quickly.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin production quickly after your order is placed, so cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, we can't guarantee modifications since your item will already be in production.

Are your designs original?

Yes, all but The Rider Waite Tarot designs which are Public Domain, but even these have had much editing done to them to get what you see here on this website. Every other design offered by Moonlit Haven is original and created by independent artists. We take pride in offering artwork and accessories that reflect nature and mystical aesthetics.

Why did I receive my items in separate packages?

If you order multiple products, they may ship from different U.S. facilities depending on the item type. This helps reduce shipping time and ensures each item is made with care by the best available production partner.

Do you offer custom or personalized items?

Yes we do. Mainly in the pets options like pets names on hoodies, bandanas and feeding mats, but if there is anything else you would like to see personalized we can certainly work to try and fulfil this for you.
